Q&A

This session is designed for individuals who haven’t skied in months or years and need to regain their confidence or improve from a level where they feel stuck.
The goal is to feel comfortable skiing down well-groomed slopes with the sense of ease and control that you once had or have always wished to achieve.
Based on your current skill level, we will start gently on the easiest slope and adjust our ski plan as you progress.
In most cases, fatigue is caused by improper technique that leads to wasted energy. The aim of this session is to help you ski more efficiently, allowing you to enjoy longer runs without getting tired.
While I respect the various teaching styles of my colleagues, I have heard of unfortunate isolated cases that don’t reflect our typical approach. The ideal method is to introduce more challenging situations only when the student is both technically and mentally ready. There’s little to be gained from difficult slopes when all your energy is focused on "survival" instead of mastering the correct movements.
At this stage, I recommend renting skis but considering purchasing your own ski boots. Rented skis generally don’t differ much, but ski boots greatly impact your performance, especially in terms of rigidity and comfort, which can diminish with frequent use.
Depending on skill levels, a group of up to 4 or 5 people is ideal.
